Sra. Pet is the newest pet shop in Ribeirão Preto/SP. In addition to its wide range of services for different types of animals, it also features a pet hotel, offering a safe and welcoming place for pets to stay while their owners are away. Known for its warmth combined with professional excellence, Sra. Pet has quickly become a trusted name in the community.
The entire branding process was carefully developed, incorporating insights about the primary pets served and the variety of services offered. The goal was to create a visual identity that conveys joy and care while maintaining a sense of professionalism, capturing the essence of what Sra. Pet represents.
Research
To capture the essence of Senhora Pet, we immersed ourselves in the world of pet care, including both traditional pets and exotic animals. We built a moodboard reflecting the brand’s desired visual and emotional appeal. Through client meetings, we mapped out key services such as grooming, bathing, daycare, boarding, pet meals, and walkers. Additionally, we analyzed competitors and brand differentiators, identifying the need for a playful yet welcoming identity.
A key moment in the process was an in-person illustration workshop with the clients, where we co-created and refined the illustrations together, ensuring they fully represented the brand’s personality.
