About_
The IV Encuentro of the Asociación de Científicos Españoles en Brasil — ACEBRA — was created to strengthen cooperation between Brazil and Spain across science, culture, education, and innovation. Held in Rio de Janeiro, the event will bring together researchers, academics, institutions, and innovation professionals for two days of talks, panel discussions, and networking.
To communicate the event and organize its digital presence, ACEBRA needed a landing page capable of presenting its concept, gathering practical information, and facilitating access to registration, the program, and promotional materials. Based on the visual identity developed by Taís Cardoso, Studio Latina was responsible for the landing page design and the development of the digital experience.
Research_
The project began with an analysis of the visual identity, available content, and the event’s communication needs. We mapped the key information participants would be looking for — the event’s purpose, dates, location, format, organizers, program, and registration — to establish a clear hierarchy and straightforward navigation.
We also analyzed references from scientific and institutional event websites to find a balance between credibility, clarity, and visual expression. The research showed that the website needed to serve as a central source of information before and during the event, addressing an international audience.
Challenge_
Transform the visual identity into a functional digital experience, organizing diverse content on a single page without compromising clarity, readability, or consistency with the event’s character.
Solution_
We developed a landing page with a narrative structure that guides visitors from the event presentation to practical information. The content was organized into sections covering its purpose, dates, format, location, organizers, program, and registration.
The visual direction combined expressive typography, editorial composition, and elements from the identity to create a dynamic experience. Hierarchy and contrast were refined to improve readability, while calls to action were positioned strategically throughout the page.
The website was developed responsively, ensuring a consistent experience across different devices.

Results_
The landing page brought together the main information about the IV Encuentro ACEBRA in a single environment, making it easier to access the content and registration.
Its clear organization and responsive experience made navigation more efficient, establishing the website as the event’s main digital touchpoint.
